    Trying to make a shopping list (organised? me? That'll make a change!) and wondering if this combo would work;

    No7 mens shave gel £6
    No7 mens shave balm £6
    No7 mens hair & body wash £6

No7 stay perfect eye shadow £7

    Total spend £25

Till takes off £6 mens no7 (buy 2 get one free)
    Use £5 internet voucher
Use 350 ACM wash & bathing voucher
    Use 250 GWP cosmetics voucher
Use 250 GWP Mens No7 Voucher
Use 200 points ACM total spend on £25 voucher
    56 normal points

£14 to pay with 1106 points?

I think I'm really wondering if the washing and bathing voucher will work, if the bogof will work on the total spend, and if the total spend voucher will work with the combo (the last one I'm doubtful of)

    TIA

The £5 internet voucher will reduce the £25 spend down to £20 and despite appearing to be accepted will not be added. The same sort of transaction had me running around buying extra stuff and never quite getting to the correct spend.

My thoughts exactly:D All I bought today was; 'nail doc bulid me up' reduced to 1.75 (my nails need a little help:o )

Initially, I had a basket full of stuff. Med preg butters x2 and a GWP, No7 suncreams, GWP and nail polish. Then I thought to myself 'why am I buying more preg body butters to get another GWP when I have not even used the one I've already got' I decided to put all the med stuff back. Same with the No7 suncreams. I have tons of this stuff and it doesn't look like I'm going to use any of it until I go to Morocco (not much sunshine over here right now!) and I don't even 'like' the No7 GWP, so I put the whole lot back!:rotfl:

I spent ages looking at nail polish and lip gloss. Tried to get the 4.?? lipgloss with 5.00 voucher, but till said no! decided to just buy the nail doc stuff and left the store. I was really pleased with myself. It's crazy buying stuff I don't need (done this too many times already:o ) I have more than enough for future gifts (b'days and xmas) and loads of stuff to take to Morocco to dh's sisters and the MIL (gotta keep her sweet;) ) cosmetics and beauty products cost a fortune over there, so I like to give them what I can:D

I'm going to save my No7 PC for a future GWP...a much better one than the current 2...I hope:D

    Hiya :hello:,

I couldn't agree more with your post, you've expressed most of what I've been feeling lately :p .

I love this thread and all contributors BUT I've ended up spending more and more in Boots, mostly on stuff I've yet to use. Hence I'm really saving less actual dosh. After all, saving has never been my strong point, which was why I joined MSE in the first place!!! :o:o:o

Anyhoo, I'll still be around reading and occasionally offering vouchers no doubt !

Best wishes to you all x

Hmm, :o I'm useless at technical stuff. Can't get the No7 voucher to print other than a whole page which is less than conspicuous (sp) Tried pollsdolls instructions and have copied it as a photo but can't copy into works doc, tried all the wotsits which I suceeded in t'other day but failed miserably, can anyone help?, perhaps e-mail it 3 to a page or something if I PM my addy, i'm hopeless I know. TIA
    I use Vista BTW

*Edit* Geordie-lass has kindly offered to e-mail, will let you know if i'm successful, Ta AM for you offer

I was concerned about the 'bad press' the thread has been getting. Thank you - I'll delete my quote of it

I know Vista word is different from the one I use so the email thingy wouldn't work with me.... however if you want some just pm me your address and I'll send you some. Let me know how many.

Or of course you could buy some off ebay at 99p a shot ( only joking BTW)

Just a warning - in the last thread, it was stated that this is the kind of post that is getting CPG's thread reported and raising 'issues'. Even if said in jest, it's probably not a good idea as it's against Boots T&C's, obviously.

Just trying to keep the thread on track :-)

Just a thought but maybe CPG should add a warning to the 1st page not to post such posts. I know it's just more work for CPG and we're all very grateful to you:A but I wouldn't like to see this thread closed for such posts. I too have been guilty of posting about the PC and I apologise if this caused any bother for you:o

I suspected that might be the case. So, if I spent another £5 (somehow I suspect that won't be a problem  ) the vouchers would all (in theory anyway) scan with the GWP?
