sorry I dont know she just said they were being recalled and I dont even know if it was the mens or womans body wash - yellow sort of colour bottle but because it was .75p I just picked it up.

Has I posted last night I rang CS last night because I have bought other items in both men's and ladies ranges.

CS had no idea what I was talking about. They had no notification at that point that there was a recall on any products let alone TB. They think there maybe a problem with the till

Has anyone phoned CS today.

I wonder what's going on with this recall business? Basics and Ted Baker, I've bought both of them recently, has anyone asked instore about what we do with recently bought recalled products?

If there was a problem with a product then I would have thought they would have been taken off the shelves pretty sharpish, within hours probably.

Just been on the phone and CS said that TB had recalled it because it was missing an ingredient CS assured me it was nothing sinister and it was only the body wash that was being discontinued:)
