    Hi,

Online there are lots of fragrances at 50% off and some are included in the current voucher. However only a few of those are marked discounted on the shelves in the SEL. Has anyone tried scanning some of these fragrances to see if the price in store matches the online price? Last I got some Davidoff Game but ended up giving it away and would love to get a cheap one this year. It is not marked in the SEL.

Is the Smiley offer national or specific to some clearance section in a few stores? I've never seen it on offer before, I guess the big yellow smiley would have stood out. I hadn't heard of it before, but it seems interesting, especially if reduced.

The 200 points on frames coupon, does it depend on the acm machine? I was able to print only one so far...

    TIA
  • I want to buy prod_thum.jpg andprod_thum.jpg has anyone used their £5 fragrance voucher for these?(will be £4.94 each if we could lol)TIA:D

I'm reading backwards and I can't find the answer to kitiaracat question. And what's up with this med specific product? Or is it the med GWP (body butter gift set)?

I'm fairly certain that it was broclo who posted the code for the Med GWP so you could try searching her recent posts.
Alternatively CS will be able to give you the code and tell you the stock levels of it in stores local to you.

This is the gftset that I got in clearance so it will give you some idea of what the products look like. The box is white with a yellow cross (like a first aid kit) and a small Smiley face, Smiley Kit written in black.

I think it was around at Christmas time when it was instore with other perfume sets but then on clearance after that, the store I got it from was a very small one which doesn't stock a lot of perfume. Some people have found reduced Smiley deodorants which usually sell at £16 full price

Dear geordie_lass, you mean that kitiaracat was looking for the code for the GWP, not a specific med product? For a moment I thought there was a glitch I had overlooked, since I was away for a few days last week, and I was missing out. :p Clearly I'm OCB (obsessive compulsive bootser!!).
I have one med gwp, but I threw away the labels and only kept the paper bag, so I can't help. But I searched broclo's post and here it is:

:rotfl: I've not got a spare so you'd have to post it yummy_mummy_cat and I leave the uk for 4 weeks on monday, so not sure it would work...plus the med gwp and 2 x pregnancy body butters is very heavy to post.

Where are you? There may be someone close by with spares?

Also CS are great at tracking down stock if you call them
    Codes are:
    Med preg butter: 5000167 062946
    Med gwp: 5045095 118419

I know at least one person who was actually told by CS that she had a history of making complaints because she'd called twice in a year, so on her third call they wouldn't help. Some people have CS on speed dial and get helped each time, but I don't call over little things as I don't want to be refused help on a big problem.

    Morning skibster, morning all.

I think I mentioned this in another post skibster, but it seems that not only are a minority of SAs letting us down, but CS appears to be too.

I'd agree about not ringing them too often as I tend to think, like you, that bigger problems become diluted if we're labelled as 'serial complainers'. I think I've only ever rung twice, and both times I spoke to the same person about the same problem, which might have helped, (it also might have hindered me if it had been a trivial thing  )

Although I tend to advise people to contact CS, it might not be the best advice, but I tend to feel genuinely aggrieved on other peoples' behalfs ;)

It's tempting to ring CS to complain about CS :rotfl:

I am not sure Cacharel is included in the voucher?!

I don't have one on me, since I got mine and spent them immediately, but looking on ebay, here is the list:

    davidoff
    calvin klein
    lacoste
    dunhill london
    givenchy
    ralph lauren
    emporio armani
    kylie minogue
