Freda, yes you can use ACM vouchers in any branch of Boots, even if they don't have an ACM.

From Boots.com:

Why doesn't my local store have an advantage card extra offers kiosk?
We have selected our larger Boots stores to house our kiosks because they have a much wider range of products than our smaller stores and therefore we are able to broaden and increase the number of offers we make available. Coupons can be used in any Boots store as long as the coupon has not expired and the product is stocked.

You can print it out here and take a copy with you if you have any problems.

I only stood my ground because of this thread, and all the good folks on here who post the info:T:T.
I already been on to CS once today because on saturday a real snooty moo of an sa screwed up and threw away a 500 points voucher that she said I couldn't use because the item was reduced! CS said that's incorrect, unless specifically stated, it doesn't matter if the item is reduced, gave me 500 points.

So if what you wanted was in stock, I'd refer the SAs in question to their own website d_d.

Incidentally dozy_dora, I was given points because of being misinformed over the voucher issue.

then because my points were erm 2500, for £10 spend (due to reduced items), they took the stuff off the shelf
