    Paul Mitchell balm comes in a large A4 white jiffy folded,
    it didn't go through my letter box, postie had to knock...hth

    netimka - my Paul Mitchell balm came in a jiffy envelope too and the postie had to knock to hand it over. Hope your red card is for your balm (or something else nice). :D

    I'm still waiting for the James Brown serum (which everyone seems to have got ages ago). I'm holding out for a few more weeks before I start to chase stuff up though as it looks like they send some prizes out in batches.
