What Glamour freebies have you received?

Very fed up with this now. Have emailed them again and copied in Jo Elvin the editor plus a couple of others I found on the website. I've asked for a sensible response within 24 hours. After that, I'll copy the ISP into it and see what happens.

Oooh, within minutes of emailing the editor I have had a nice reply saying this is the first thing she has heard of it and asking for details. Hold onto your hats, girls, she might be able to get it sorted out! I'll keep you posted on the progress.

Anyone who has not received their prize from Glamour should email Jo Elvin the editor and let her know what you won and what has happened since. Her email is jo.elvin@condenast.co.uk and she says:

I will look into this for you now. We can only act if we hear of
unhappiness so it would be helpful for people to get in touch, yes.

I've emailed Jo and had a reply within 10 mins. She said-apparently-my anna sui was posted on monday!
I'm not getting my hopes up just yet.

Following my email from Jo Elvin, I had one from Phoebe within minutes saying they were contacting the PR company who would be in touch with me directly and I've just had an email from Mark Hill's PA saying she will send me another serum out.

It is so nice to be taken seriously and have something actually done about this!
