What is a CCA? I just read a thread that said no CCA no enforcable debt? I have a credit card with 2685.00 on thats been passed to Triton i have offered them 100 per month even tho my SOA shows i clearly have nothing and they wont accept.

Its a CONSUMER CREDIT AGREEMENT , which should be signed by both parties on commencement of a loan, or issue of a credit card .0

You shouldn't be offerring more than you can afford to pay. That will just get you into more trouble when you can't make all the payments.
