Help needed with Flash Button editing (Please)

I am trying out a free Flash web template (as I have been asked to produce a web site!). I have downloaded a free template (can link to if needed).
However, I can see to work out how to edit the flash buttons!
Can someone with the appropriate technical skill give some advice. Happy to send the template so that you can point out where I am going wrong!
I'm using Adobe Flash CS3.

It can be kind of hard if you dont know exactly what your doing. If its only words to change then it can be easy but if its layout etc your best getting someone who knows how to do flash.0 -
