Questions about using Vacationstogo

Hope someone can help me.
I have been watching a cruise like a hawk and it has just come down in price on UK websites however it is still far too much for what we want to spend in £ so I am waiting to buy from vacationtogo, should it also fall in $ price on there (which is hasn't yet)
It is of no bother too me if we don't go - we have another alternative up our sleeves and appreciate it's luck as to how many cabins are left at this, relatively, late stage.
However, should it fall in $ price I need to be prepared to go for it. How does booking with that company work? Do they add a lot of fuel and other surcharges which make the hidden costs? Do they add taxes? Are they recommended? Are they easy to deal with from the UK?
.....and anything else I haven't thought about.
TIA

Although I have not booked through above site, I have had quotes from them and spoke to them via phone. The price they quote does include taxes etc. However, should you book, the final quote is in dollars, so if you book now and then pay balance say next feb, you again pay in dollars and the rate may have gone down (or up). Last year I booked on line with another recommended American Travel agent and paid in dollars, so I just kept watching the rate. Luckily the rate stayed the same as when I booked. Should there be any fuel surcharges, its the cruise company that applies them, but I did notice this year, one cruise line only applied to cruises booked after a certain date. So if you book now, and they decide to add fuel surcharge in October, they may only apply if bookings made after 1st October. For information I was very happy with the agent I used and it was very easy to book with them and pay and communicate with. I have booked another cruisefor next year but have used a UK agent as they were able to give me a better discount. You could also check through cruise forums which can give you loads of information. Hope this helps0
