    Afternoon all.

I have just returned from a free consultation with a solicitor about my case and it would appear that my union rep hasn't done what they are supposed to have done and not kept me in the loop:mad: The solicitor was very nice and said that I could appoint her on a no win no fee basis:j - which is good because I can't afford to pay her £195 per hour:eek:

Still, after speaking with her I feel a lot more positive and who knows if she does a good job, her firm may be employed as my business solicitor when I get off the ground:D

I was very good today, I caught the bus into town - went to the solicitors and came straight home, I didn't go into any shops either - mind you I had only got my credit card on me and I know that I shouldnt spend on that, so all temptation was removed.:j

I got my retail therapy fix today without spending a single penny. I've just got a free updrage for my mobilie so now I have something shiny and new to play with:rolleyes:

It gets better - Hubbles got a call last night to say our bikes are in the the shop and we can pick them up tomorrow night once they've been built and checked over. Another free new toy:j (insurance pay out on smahed bikes from last summer).

Feeling much better about today now;)

afternoon all - back from work!

Looks like someone has nicked £10 from one of my accounts! I checked my Natwest First Reserve yesterday to see if this months quidco money had arrived. It had, but £10 had been debited!

I phoned the bank and apparently it was deducted at 1.54am yesterday morning at a point of sale machine. They won't know until next Monday the exact details. They've cancelled the card and re-issued a new one and I have to check again next Monday and call. Apparently it could be an error and the transaction will just drop off and the £10 will return to my account.

I only use the a/c for quidco money and I spend it each month soon after I get it on shopping or an ebay treat so there is never more than £50 or so in it anyway.

Weird, huh? I haven't used the account for over a month and since March, I've used it once in Halfords, once at Asda online and twice for Paypal.

I'm not stressed about it - I didn't need to spend the money/get access over the next day or so etc but all very odd.
