they don't seem to have a UK presence, best bet might be via the shop you purchased them from, however
from their website

I bought a pair of Rockport shoes for work about a year ago from their own (or franchised?) store in Manchester. I thought they'd be great as they looked like traditional smart office shoes but with 'sporty' comfort.
There was no problem with the comfort of the shoes but after 2 or 3 weeks the black trim starting wearing through on both shoes - not in an area that gets any wear but the top of the shoe. They looked scruffy and really worn out.
I took them back into the store with my receipt and had to argue with the manager for over 10 minutes who accused me of, using them incorrectly(!); it being 'normal wear and tear'; and the damage being caused by 'the way I walk'(!!)
Beleive me, I was not climbing moutains in these shoes! Eventually he relented and I got my money back but what a cr** way to deal with legitimately faulty products. Obviously I'll never buy there again; and if I hadn't persisted and stood up to him I'd have wasted £90.0 -

I had the same problem with a manager when I took some faulted shoes back I was told they were not faulted and he would not refund me so I told him to send them back to rockport and he did and he received a letter from rockport telling him to refund my money as they were faulty got the call went into store but he wasnt in (surprise surprise) but I had the last laugh as I was proved right0
