Question for you guys? Given that we are in a falling market, what will happen to the myriad new build developments still in progress in most cities? Do you think these developers will still turn a profit?
I think some developers will experience cashflow problems at the least - expect to see some sites mothballed half-built....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

What about the cleaners, odd-job man, etc?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

I have no idea where you work, but if its a reasonably sized organisation, I doubt your sectaries, admin staff etc are on anything near £28k.0 -
I love the notion of 'affordable' property this government has
near me there are 50% shared ownership 1 bedroom flats
and less than a mile away you could get 100% of a 3 bed semi/terrace for 5k more than the 50% share of a 1 bed flat
the flats have been on the market since Feb 07, and so far according to the land reg, they haven't sold any of the flatsIt's a health benefit ...0 -
A quick look through your early threads though has you desperately delving through Tesco shelves to grab a few pennies off ... when you aren't working your 48 hour weeks.pickles110564 wrote: »Even a thickie like me would not get out of bed for that low amount, where I work the lowest wage is £28k and that is without overtime.Perhaps sleepy suffolk aint that bad.
What are you? A multi-drop delivery driver with a lot of Tesco supermarkets on your route?0 -
