I've not really been on here this last week as I have found [STRIKE]some[/STRIKE] a lot of info which points to OH having an affair
On that basis I have wasted £50 on a sim reader to read his deleted text and the damn thing doesn't work:mad: . I've been really good at trying to get things sorted out before I confront him/change the locks but I doubt if I will be back on here before next week

Just popped back on to tell you guys that glamour magazine has a free benefit lipgloss if you fancy a treat this month, it's 2 quid and benefit lipglosses are normally about 15... three nice colours, too! and full size! not much good for pressies unless you take out the box that says "exclusively for glamour" but nice for a cheap but fancy lift!
enjoy the rest of tonight x0 -

Hi everyone!
Headoutthesand – :grouphug: I’m really sorry to hear your news about OH…remember we’re here for you if you want/need to rant and will support you all the way…
Sorry I didn’t post yesterday. I went out last night with work for drinks, meeting an old colleague. However, in true DFW-style I didn’t spend anything…:j My boss made me work late (until nearly 8pm!) so we were the last to arrive at the pub and he bought me a drink as way of apology.:p Then a different colleague bought me another drink (I don’t feel too bad as she “owed” me a drink as I had bought her one last time we were out together – I had written it off in my mind because it was a while ago, but she had remembered and insisted on returning the favour!). Because it was mid-week, we didn’t stay out too late, so 2 drinks did me nicely for the evening - yay!:T
Candy – I hope you had a great evening, and good luck for the interview tomorrow.;)
OliveOyl – well done on the walking to work – I walked home from the supermarket this evening as we are currently car-less, and remarked to Mr P that I couldn’t believe that we used to live without a car and do that on a regular basis, carrying all our shopping (no wonder I was so much fitter and thinner then!!:rotfl: )
Falady – congratulations on the wedding and good luck for the dress fitting!
Today, I have…
~ done piggyclicks and lightspeed checks
~ checked internet banking
~ taken lunch to work, and made dinner mostly from the storecupboard (had to buy some courgettes, but everything else we had already)
Now we’re getting down to the nitty-gritty (some might accuse me of being “naughty” or even “anal-ly retentive” so look away now if you are of a delicate nature…:o
)
~ Deliveries arrived today from M&S and Amazon...
~ The M&S delivery is the exact replica of Father’s Day presents which we purchased in store last weekend. I came home, realized that I could have got piggypoints for ordering online, and immediately re-purchased the same items online through Pigsback (and will gain £2.50 in points for the “trouble”, which took all of 5 minutes!). I will now be returning one set of items, thereby gaining the Piggypoints.
~ The Amazon order was a book Mr P bought in Waterstones for the full price of £25, but which Amazon are selling for £15. In addition, I bought a book for my Dad for Father’s Day for £9.49 – total Amazon bill: £24.49. I will be returning the brand new (Amazon) copy of Mr P’s book to Waterstone’s using my £25 receipt (I don’t feel bad as it is exactly identical to the original version). By my reckoning, this will mean that I now have gained a Father’s Day present for my Dad for -51p (because we were prepared to pay RRP for the original book in the first place!).
Well done if you followed that explanation – I’m not entirely sure even I understand it fully!!!
Piglet
P.S. Blimey – how long was this post? Sorry!!0
