    sorry dweller, its not something I have any expertise in. after I sold the family home, I went ahead and bought a flat, and put my money into that, and now I'm working to be mortgage free, so I'll be putting my money into an offset saving account linked to my mortgage

    but I'm sure there are people here who can advise you
