If you're after odd things, Fred Aldous can be good. I don't think they're the cheapest but they have a really good range.
  • Home Bargains have quite a lot of 'sets' like decorate your own piggy bank/umbrealla/birdbox etc! Also have packs of card and paper, glitter and those scissors with different types of serated blade about £1.99 for 6 I think (they are £1.99 each in Hobby Craft

  • Poundland for craft bits and woolies have a brilliant value craft range too which includes packs of felt squares. But buy a better quality glue as there nothing worse than the stuff not sticking properly or taking ages to dry.ELC pva glue is really good.

Check out Baker Ross for craft stuff and easy projects to make (google for the website). I've bought from them lots of times and they are very good.

A third for Baker Ross and Yellow Moon (are they the same company?)

Also The Works are good and ELC can be if they have offers on (actually some of the ELC craft stuff is reasonably priced anyway, I find).

    Thank you.
I've ordered a Baker Ross catalogue.
What would you say are crafting essentials for 3-5 year olds?
