Annual travel insurance - 74 years old

Hi, I was hoping to get some help if possible.

My Mum is 74 and has recently had a hip replacement.
She is after annual travel insurance - she has a couple of short
trips in England booked & a fortnight in Tunisia early next year.

I have looked at the comparison sites & the cheapest is £46.50
but it says maximum departure age is 74 - given that she will
be 75 halfway into the policy, I don't think this one will be an option.

Could anybody please recommend the best place to try. I want to
make sure she is completly covered after her op.
