Bad score - no details on experian

HI, sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I am stuffed for ideas! For a while I have been accepted for some credit and refused for others after religiously paying my bills on time.

I have got my file from equifax and it has no information on my credit card, mobile phone and current accounts!!! I have never missed a payment and have had these accoutns for over 12 months.

How can I get a t mobile account, capital one accoutn and my bank accoutns - all run impeccably onto experian. The score forcaster predicts that my score would go from poor to excelent in 6 months!!

The round up of my experian account is as follows :

You have £0 of available credit (excluding mortgages)

bullet_box.gif You have £0 of outstanding debt (excluding mortgages and defaults)

bullet_box.gif You are using 0% of your available credit

bullet_box.gif You have 1 credit accounts (including settled accounts)

bullet_box.gif You have 0 accounts overdue

bullet_box.gif Your credit report has been viewed 3 times in the last 3 months and 6 times in total over the last year

bullet_box.gif You have 0 public information records

bullet_box.gif You have 0 aliases and/or financial associations

bullet_box.gif You have been at your current address for 2 years 9 months

Some companies only report to certain Credit Agencies, Don.

Check your Equifax report as well, they should be on there.

If it's a genuine error - in that the companies should be reporting to Experian - phone them all up and notify them of this error. Then they should contact Experian for you with the correct info.

Capital One do report to Experian though, so it does seem a bit odd. Why try contacting your credit companies and ask.
