Morgan Stanley Cashback should be 2%?

Applied, after reading Martin's cashback report, for a Morgan Stanley card and just got 1st months statement. Shows my current cashback reward, which is 1% of my total spend, but they're supposed to be doing double i.e. 2% on the 1st £2000 p.a. then 1% thereafter until Jan 1st 2006. Any ideas what's going on, as no reply from CS to my email yet

  • I don't think that you need to worry.

Looking at my account online, it appears the additional cashback award has been applied on the last day before my second statement date.
    ie. extra 1% applied = 23rd, statement date = 24th.

Probably others can confirm this as normal procedure?
