    Sorry BayBee don't know if there is a template as such but there are plenty of examples on this forum.
    Please don't panic. My OH and I owe over £60000 and are going to be paying it back for lots of years.
    You are doing the right thing by facing up to things. You might have problems getting a good balance transfer rate if your credit file is bad.

    Thanks for all the tips - for some strange reason my credit file is 971/1000 excellent according to Experian!

    Somedays it makes me wonder how they work this out!
