Buildings and Contents insurance for previously underpinned house

Hi,
I am hoping that someone on here can provide some good advice for home insurance for a previously underpinned house.
Our house is a brick built semi detatched house which was built c. 1930. Approximately 20 years ago (before i owned the property) the house was underpinned. There is some evidence of movement on the walls of the house when the wallpaper is removed but nothing of any great significance really. There is no evidence of movement in the eight years I have owned it.
I am struggling to find an insurer that will provide insurance for our property, apart from that which is offered through the mortgage and which I think is probably expensive.
Can anyone recommend anywhere please? I'd hope to get B&C together but would consider having them as separate policies if necessary.
Thanks in advance!

All I seem to hear is blah blah blah!
