sounds like the starter motor isnt engaging, the solenoid will be knackered.

easily,it could have been started 100,000 times in those 19,000 miles compared to a car thats done double the mileage and started less than half that amount. (figures are not accurate only as an example)Oh right, starter motors are pretty expensive arnt they!?

as i said get a recon unit for around £40 - £50 give them your old one as service exchange and you might get money off that aswell.
