Just got the TalkTalk phone bill and the majority of it is the kids phoning people on mobiles, and as you can imagine we're not happy. We've contacted TalkTalk and they say there is nothing that they can do about it. Does anybody know how we can put a stop to this? Phoning mobiles from our landline I mean.

Sell the kids' TVs on eBay if they ever call a mobile again. :rotfl:

Unfortunately.....the dialler can just be unplugged!!
Apart from threats/warnings of £ contributions etc.....a dialler can be set to 10p/min peak rate and evenings through 1899 [but retain existing routing through Talk Talk for evening calls for known calls to Vodafone especially and also Virgin] and through 18185 at 2p/min over the w/end. 1899 also charges 3p/connection and 18185 4p per connection.....0 -
