I do not think that the idea is to just submit a cheat. I assume it is a competition they run to generate traffic to their forums and therefore their services.
Seems a good offer as I have looked into it but never been bothered to actually attempt to win. From what i read its judged on "contribution", forums posts cheats walkthroughs etc0
