Soda Stream Drinksmaker £15

Does anyone know where to get the gas bottles from ??
Asda stopped doing them, none at tesco, morrissons, quick save, either.
Can't find them anywhere. ????

Seem to remember the gas bottles being around £18...so to buy the whole lot for £15 is a good deal !!

Of course, OS isn't JUST about moneysaving - although Soda Stream appears to moneysaving if you don't like ultra-cheap coke. The waste reduction for a family that drinks a lot of fizzy juice must be considerable - Soda Stream is surely the green way to drink coke. Not a bad thing at all IMO.

The web site says:
A range of SodaStream products including the 35 litre gas cylinders are currently available from selected:
* Robert Dyas
* Sainsburys
* Tesco
* Various independent stores ( to find out if you have a local independent, please call our customer care team FREE on 0800 085 8373 Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

You can order them online as well, but only the 60L and 110L cylinders. They charge you an extra £15 which is refunded when you return the cylinder(s) using the post-paid package.

I did a quick calculation as to whether this is 'value for money' in the longer term. I worked out that it was actually cheaper to buy the Asda fizzys, that to make them using a sodastream.
