I ordered a lawn mower for delivery from Wilkinsons on the 15th May, then someone rang me the next day to say they couldnt delivery they had transport problems, so I cancelled the order.
I paid for this with my Maestro card.2 weeks later no refund was in my bank so I sent an e mail asking what was going on, I got no reply at all.On Monday I sent another e mail threatening to contact the Trading Standards Office if no refund was in my bank within the next 3 days- Lo and behold, a telephone call! The money had been refunded that morning at 7 30am!

DH and I were looking to buy a greenhouse from them as the price on the website seemed reasonable. However the description was woefully inadequate so we emailed them to ask specific questions before ordering. We emailed on 3 seperate occasions with no reply. They also quote on their website that the item requires you to pay '2 person delivery' though it may only be delivered by one, "Due to the size of this product a two person delivery charge will apply at checkout. The weight of the components however may result in a one person delivery"

I ordered 4 planters from the website last Wednesday to be delivered to the store and have still not got them. I did email them yesterday to ask for a refund as this process is taking so long, but they have not got back to me ...... I was stupidly expecting it to be a like a next store delivery which is about 2/3 days.0

if you have a problem i suggest ringing them,they seem to have a poblem with their emails at the moment0

I've not had a major problem with Wilkinson online - they did have a backlog of orders a couple of months ago, but that seemed to get resolved fairly quickly.0

No problems here. I ordered two suitcases from them on Wednesday afternoon, and they were delivered at 7am this morning (Friday). That is fast service.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
