I am making a pamper hamper for a close friend and his new wife. I can't spend much because he gets upset if I do, but am looking for two bathrobes for the hamper. Cheap ones preferably. the cheapest in TK Max is £32 for two of them, the female one was wonderful, but didn't care much for the male one and they were expensive.

I always get mine from Primark but not sure what the mens ones are like.
Have you tried George at Asda or Tesco? They are usually good value for money.
I got OH's from Asda a couple of years ago.Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Definitely have a look at Primark

I have one from there in just plain white that OH COULD wear if he wanted - just be careful you don't pick up one with pink butterflies on it by accident :rotfl:DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Bathrobes are about £10 each in Primark, if you cannot find a man's one to suit why not buy a larger ladies' size? I had to do it for my chap - he wanted one the same colour as mine (coffee coloured) and couldnt get one for men so he just bought a larger size ladies - it looks ok:rotfl:Semper in faeces profundum variat

Lol.
Mine has large bears all over it - OH has been known to borrow it when he wakes up at 4am and wanders round the house :rotfl:Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

The groom is a large man. In Inverness, all we have is ladies bathrobes and I thought if he put one on, it would end at a rather interesting place. :-) I will be going to Aberdeen, tomorrow and will try and find Asda, and tj huges. I have never heard of tjhuges is it in Scotland? I can't get to England. Bus costs and we would need a hotel because of the time of travel. Will check and make sure it isn't too pretty as he is very masculine
Found one bathrobe on Ebay, but won't know if I got it until 2 days from now. 99p and £4.50 p and p. But I can't just buy one.
They are a wonderful couple and well worth it.Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time0 -
