I took up an offer with Pigsback which rewarded 5000 points! This was 3 months ago. They say they are having problems with the partner (Alliance & Leicester) & cant give me the points.

Is there anything I can do? Im sick of emailing them & getting the brush off. I note that they dont seem to be dealing with them anymore.

I'm having the same problem with Quidco and A&L. Quidco keep trying for me but A&L seem to be taking forever to come up with the money.

I'm still waiting since January - I've lost count of the number of emails that have been sent and recieved about A&L....but 5000 points is a lot.....

After about 6 exchanges of e mails I did get my points for opening the A & L e saver in February but I still haven't received my 5000 points for opening the ISA in April. I think I will start to fight for this again now.

I'm still waiting for 2 sets of 5000 from April. I've been told curly is sending a file weekly to A&L to get points added but we all seem to still be waiting.

I transferred some money from previous yrs ISA and thats still not showing and A&L have told us they haven't been able to process everything as quickly and they would backdate interest....sounds so much like barclays last year!

Must keep fingers crossed 10,000 is a lot to lose
