From the Help section at PB it says -

"You must submit this code within two minutes of receiving it, before it expires. If it does expire you must begin the process again."

Try using the mobile number of a friend or relative, however I'd guess you'd need to alter the mobile number in your Contact Details within the My Account section first.

Once this is update, enter this mobile number in the Rewards area. The format needed when entering the number onto the site is +44, so if the number starts 07123, you'd need to enter +447123. The +44 replaces the zero.

Then once the text message with the validation code arrives, enter it onto the PB site and Bob should hopefully be your Uncle!?!

I got the Pizza Hut one yesterday although not via the link on here didnt show up on my page until about midday. Curly does seem very generous at the moment though.
