I did read through the majority of this thread and the predecessing threads and I still could not find the answer, hence I posted. I didn't realise that asking for help would be such a problem.

Thanks for that, but I got the same error message. I've a feeling other people had the problem during the week as well. ISP is Tiscali. All the other quizzes work ok. Probably just one of those Pigsback glitches.

Your question may have been missed the first time as they sometimes are but your second request could have been a little more polite instead of telling people off for not answering you yet. Everyone is here to help each other so just asking again nicely would have done
