New Private Car Use Mileage Rates

Does anyone know if the new Private Car Use Mileage Rates have been announced by HMRC? It follows the following article on the BBC website :

The current rates are
40p up to 10,000 miles
25p for 10,000 miles plus
With the cost of Petrol / diesel the sooner the better....

It is the fuel only rates that have changed, not the 40p / 25p one. As far as I am aware they are still the same.
