Windows Virtual Memory & Print Screen

Hi all,
I know I can print my screen from my pc but what buttons do I use with the 'prtSc' button?
I know I have a couple of print screen programs somewhere but why bother with those if your pc already has one built into it?

Second question.
I keep getting this message popping up opn my pc
'Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is invcreasing the size of your virtual memory paging file. During this process memory requests for some applications may be denied. For more info see help'.

I have lloked at my paging stuff in my computers settings and can't find a problem.
I am scared of using registry cleaners as there are programs on my pc that I keep such as certain microsoft office applications that I rarely touch if ever.

Scanning for mailware and defragmenting my drive don't cut them but my computer is working fine, just have this slight irritating nuisance that's all.

Any fixes?
 If you are angry about something, let it be known....... :wall:
:oIf I fail to thank you individually, I am sorry. Your advice was appreciated but may not have been 100% the result I was after.

Press Print Screen. Then open an image editor (or Word if that's all you have) and Edit > Paste from the menus, or Ctrl+V on the keyboard and the screen shot will be pasted in.

Have you checked the space on your hard drive, are you running out of free space?
You could run CCleaner, this is totally free and safe.

 Don't blame me for not looking up other people's threads to see if similar advice requests exist before posting. I am too busy......

There has been a raft of similar Virtual Memory questions here recently. A quick search will save people typing in all the advice again ;)

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
My pc is has more than half of its hard-drive free.
I did think of looking up the question as I know this is the first piece of advice to follow but ain't on my pc 24/7 and don't exactly have lots of sit in front of the screen free time.

Worth a thank you for the print screen question which works.
I have PrtSc and SysRq on the same button. What does SysRq do and how do I separate it these for their uses from one another?

    For now.

Doesn't virtual memory increase when RAM is low.

Just pressing print screen uses the print screen function and saves an image of your computer screen. However if you hold alt. and press print screen then only the window you have highlighted is captured.

As for the sysrq function...erm...I have never really paid attention to it. Still dont know what it does.
