Hi all,
Just a quick query. Has anyone else been waiting for over 6 months for the FOS to pull their fingers out and actually start the investigation into reclaiming PPI?
They've had all my paperwork since January and I'm getting a little fed up! Should have taken it to the small claims court instead.... Grrr!
