Don't Buy From Mobile-blue.com

Options
Just a warning to anyone thinking of buying anything off Mobile-Blue.com.....DON'T!

I ordered some GHD straighteners off this website, they cost me about £70 including p&p, I thought it was too good to be true and it was!

They arrived 10 days later as promised but they were fake and they didnt even work! I've tried on several occasions to contact the admin at mobile-blue. I received one reply which told me to send me to send them my order details and they'd look into it. I sent them all my details and heard nothing back, so I then sent them again and again...I've never heard anymore from admin@mobile-blue.com. I'm now left with broken and fake ghds which are no use to me and I'm £70 down for my trouble!

As mobile-blue are based in China and only contactable by email they can just choose to ignore you once they've got your money. I've since read many more bad reports about them and they seem to deal in all sorts of fake goods.

I urge everyone not to hand over any money to these people like I foolishly did.

    How did you pay them?

Credit card? Maybe you can try and claim the money back, you have attempted to resolve this first with the company and with no luck, if you paid by CC, then give them a ring and explain the situation...

Debit cards are often hard to get money back from, but if the shop was in China, i wouldnt dare give my details out!
  • I have my own story of losing £ 25 .... got a fake product.

i got so irritaed by the zero response from them to my mails... i started a blog on them. atleast others looking to know about their site can be aware of them.

    Buy British!

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and given China is famous for counterfeiting products...

I'd contact the counterfeiting people and let them know that this company are supplying counterfeit goods. If you paid by credit card, try getting your money back through them.

In future, buy British, as then at least you have some more rights when things go wrong! GHDs are expensive, so anything less than around £80 is no doubt counterfeit!

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
