Ing Direct New Account

Hi,

I have applied for Ing Direct Savings account online and sent of a cheque to open the account. They have cashed my cheque on Wednesday 28/05. I have not heard anything sence then. Any idea how long will it take for pin numbers etc to arrive and for the account to be fully opened?

Usually they are very good and quick. Give them a ring, they answer very quickly.

You should have received all the necessary letters from them in approximately 7-10 days. I opened an account with them recently.

Personally I'd give it to the end of the week so you don't waste time on the phone.
