Can't pay HSBC post-grad overdraft

I'm expecting my HSBC overdraft to decrease by £500 a year for 4 years. Maybe you could balance transfer to a 0% credit card if they won't be any more helpful?0

I'm a postgrad student with an HSBC bank account, including the 1.5K interest free overdraft. Upon transferring to a postgrad account from a student account, I had to take in the offer letter for my postgraduate course but after that it's been absolutely fine. So it can be done!0
