4. Open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, IoM, RoI, aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland and VisitScotland.com, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
5. Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
6. Prizefund includes a 2 night break for 2 people with dinner, bed and breakfast included at the Hilton Dunkeld House hotel; and a 2-hour Trikeseeing Trip for 2 people from Hilton Dunkeld House with Trike Tours Scotland, subject to availability and weather.
7. Transport allowance is included up to a maximum value of £200 in total. Amount allowed will vary based on location of winner, distance travelled and travel method. The Promoter?s decision on travel allowance is final. Travel should be booked and paid for by the winner who will be reimbursed by VisitScotland on production of valid receipts. Receipts for non-travel costs will not be accepted.
8. All additional costs such as meals, drinks etc. must be paid for by the winner.
9. All activities will be organised with the prizewinner once a date has been selected for the break.
10. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party within 7 days of the promotion closing.
11. Only one entry per household.
12. Entries from third parties, agencies or sent in bulk will be declared invalid and void.
13. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or non-transmitted entries.
