charging for using a debit card????

    i keep getting charged £1.90 every time i use my debit card by the halifax,is there anything i can do i think this is a rip off by the halifax yet again.

    There should be a warning saying you will be charge X amount for using that atm, or you use a machine which you wont get charged or you change banks
