    I gave up at 26 minutes , i have a life

I`m going to leave them just because of this , its so easy to practice customer retention but some companies once massive slowly let it slip

I was going to leave anyway but it would have been nice to speak to a human to talk about it:rolleyes:

I spent 28 mins the first time, was fobbed off to my new supplier eon (who took 7 mins), eon told me npower were lying to me so i then spent another 20 mins waiting for npower again.

    grrrrrrrrrrrrr:mad:

btw the reason i was phoning was to ask why npower have taken £41 from us despite our final bill having already been paid...

answer: your meter point reference number is connected to someone else's house, therefore you have been paying their bills.

they are kind enough to be planning on refunding us, in 28 days!

Words cannot express my fury, anyone else experienced npower's incompetence?

It`s ALMOST funny how bad they are from their wait times , to their `sculpting` to the fact they don't know what meters they own , we had registered but I had to call them to ASK them to get on and please bill us ! no DD set up even after sending off two forms , we had to give them our serial number of the meter just so they could start billing us , I registered with them on the day we moved in in January , still no sign of a bill , although thankfully we have been paying a DD amount every month , its absolutely ridiculous it takes well over 26 minutes to get through to one of the biggest companies in Britain
