Remove Shower fixtures?

Hello all,
I am just in the process of buying my first home!! I am buying-to-let so all the work done needs to enhance the rental potential.
The person i have bought it from is an old lady who has a modified shower to enable a wheelchair.
It has the railings and the removeable screen. However, there is no bath and to be honest not really much room for one.
Do you think i should remove the disabled facilities and replace with a walk in shower (or screen round existing shower) or leave it as it is?
Alternatively, i could put a bath in there except it will be quite squashed.
any advice or ides?

I would have thought the answer is dependant on what your target tenants are. Up market or minimum payers. Speaks for itself really. If you are renovating the rest of the house to be suitable for young execs, clearly need to make the bathroom young and trendy etc etc?
Also if you come to resell, most people seem to be put off by the unusual.!!
Good luck0
