2 Car Family - Insurance Due, Advice Please

Hi,
We are a two car family:
R reg polo - insured with Norwich Union under my husbands name.
w reg citroen - Insured with Norwic Union under my name.
We are both named drivers on each others policy.
Now the complicated bit. - I took these policys out last year after shopping around - however, although we had protected no claims bonus, there was:
One accident which was deemed as 'fault' because it was vandalism - someone scratched it in a shopping centre car park.
I had an accident this May in the polo in which me and a neighbour reversed of driveways at the same time and crashed. its still disputed as he wont accept it was a 50/50 split. - is this still affecting the premiums?
My main questions are:
- Can I still use the 4 step process to input 2 cars (havent looked at sites yet) or is it only on one?
- how much will the polo accident affect the quote for the citroen?
- does anyone know any companies that do 2 car / husband and wife policies at good rates?
Any answers gratefully received. - Im not loking forward to how complicated getting quotes is going to be.
Thanks
Kay
