Investment and Savings breakdown

I am trawling for opinions. Currently I have:
27% in investments
18% in ISA investments
19% in ISA cash
28% in cash savings
8% in National Savings
This means I have 55% in 'cash savings' and 45% 'invested'. I would like to retire in four years time when I will be 60. I think I am currently a bit heavy on the cash side of things but would appreciate opinions. Is there an authoritative suggested breakdown for savings and investments for someone of my age or is it down to individual (or individual IFA) choice?
