Yes I do know ! I think through my threads on CC AGREEMENTS everyone is aware of my view !moneymabel wrote: »The same moral justice that allows these companies to charge stupid interest rates and push credit onto people who cant afford it.0 -
So surely if someone can grab some of the interest back through getting a full and final its a good thing?0

Stapeley - I think your comment to me was a bit harsh.
Basically I am trying to pay off the debt early. I do fear that some people may choose trying to get their CCA as a way of getting out of paying a debt that they know they owe, which isnt really fair is it?
I am not saying that everyone who asks for their CCA is doing this, nor am i saying that you yourself have done/are doing/ are inciting people to do this.
You do provide some good advice on your posts.

Hi Amy,
Can I ask what percentage full and final you have offered. I am thinking of doing the same, but not sure where to start. I guess start low

With regards to this:
I have written a letter, and want to send it. Should i send registered/special delivery. If yes, they have a PO BOX address and a Registered Office address. I know you cant send recorded/special to a PO box so should i send to the registered office, or just sent normal post?

Hi Amy,
I sent a recorded letter to Capquest last week. That was to a PO Box address. I didn't know you couldn't send registered to PO boxes
I will check on the website tracker now to see if it was signed for, and let you know. It might be worth sending to both addresses.
