question about student account overdraughts

i have a student account with barclays.
i recently (about 4 weeks ago) requested the overdraught be extended from £200 to £700 (max is £1,000). when would i be able to ask for it to be extended further to the £1,000 as i need to put a deposit down on a house that i move into in July and i'm skint at the minute.
I am currently living at home and as i move out in july, my LEA wont give me 'away from home' funding until september/october, which means i'm having to stump up 3 months rent & deposit from my own back pocket (£290 deposit, 3 months @ £250), hence this situation.
Many thanks in advance.

You could ask now - all depends who you speak to, how you've managed your money up till now and how you put it to them.0
