Script Warning

My wife had a high risk script warning on her NAV, with a warning for a programme supposedely from AOL. If she tried to block this programme it disconnected her from the Internet, so stupidly she allowed the programme onto her computer. She has updated her NAV and scanned the system, and nothing has been found on the scan, is there anything further that she should do ? as I'm quite worried her computer has been compromised and I think the programme still remains on the computer.
Can anyone tell me what a script warning is ?
Many thanks for any help

Try doing an online scan with Kaspersky Anti-Virus and see if it finds anything. http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner0
