balance transfer question

i transferred the whole of a balance from one card to new card. The new card is showing that the balance is now there but the card i transferred from is also still showing a balance?! Its only been about three days since i did the transfer online so maybe the transfer hasnt acually happened yet on the original card, could this be the case? thank you

Relax. This is perfectly normal.
The money will be credited to your old card within 2-3 working days
People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0
