I went for the free, disgusting coffee from the vending machine at work instead of the regular columbian ground caffiene hit from the canteen at 50p a cup, also didn't eat up there, saving at leat £2. A plan that could net £40 a month at least..Was in debt £23k- Not now (12/07-12/10):T
Did smoke- Not any more (26-02-11):j
I am not perfect but everyone loves a trier don't they??:A0 -
Hi all!
Thanks for the sympathy yesterday, and sorry again for using the thread to get rid of my rant...after a good night's sleep, I'm feeling much brighter today!
Today, I have...
~ done piggyclicks and checked for lightspeed surveys.
~ got 25 juicy brains points - finally enough for my first £5 Amazon voucher. The bad news is its not showing in my account yet, however I will chase it if necessary - juicy brains points are so few and far between that I'm not letting these get away...I've been waiting for about 5 months for these last 25 points!!
~ took lunch to work, and dinner is from the storecupboard/freezer.
~ Freebies: had a lovely chocolate whilst I was browsing in Hotel Chocolat at lunchtime (yummy samples!:T) and got a free sample of dried catfood through the post that I don't even remember sending off for - but Piglet-puss is chomping through it with delight, so its all good!
~ Took delivery of new car stereo today (courtesy of insurance company) - much nicer than the one that was stolen...still waiting to hear how much we will have to pay, but the stereo is very nice, so thats something!!
Hope everyone else has had a good day, too.

- Bought a sandwich and crisps at work (£3 something)
- Went out with my team after work for a meal and bought a round of drinks (£14 something) and my meal £8
Debts at the start of my journey - about £23,000 lightbulb moment 01.03.2007 (1st payment to CCCS)..Debt Free Date 25.06.2013 Deposit savings £17,000/£30,0000 -
I also went to Tesco this afternoon and got 5 packs of sausages reduced for the freezer. Managed to use a £1.50 clubcard voucher that I found - naughty. Got a till spit for 1000 extra clubcard points when spending £50 on tesco direct which is handy as I have a purchase coming up shortly and can buy there

Also put another 10p of change in my sealed pot.0
