Back from the docs. He said that although he can't see the colour of it because of my tat that it doesn't look too serious, but has taken measurements of it and I have to go back in 2 weeks. If it's changed at all in the 2 weeks he's going to send me to have it properly checked out. In the meantime if it bleeds I've got to go down straight away for him to have another look.
So now we play the waiting game.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

He did worry me a bit because the way he was talking like 'Well it doesn't look serious BUT I can't see it properly' and was very ummming and aaaahing about it. Will have to see what happens I guess.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Yep Jacs, lovely to have you back. Hope you're doing alright?
IA, hopefully the skin thing will be okay. I'm sure your GP will keep an eye on it, but no harm in getting a 2nd opinion if it'll make you feel better. Or get you the action you want....... referrals to skin specialist will only mean it gets radically cut out, then tested afterwards, so there is some logic to what your doctor says in waiting a set period of time, and monitoring changes... if it were anything C related, the change would be evident after a fortnight. Especially as you say you've had it a few months, and have noticed changes recently. So it's not new, where changes are more gradual.
If you'd rather get it cut out now you would be within your rights to ask for that, and get it tested, results would be back in a week or two. Any GP surgery should be able to do that, or refer you on.
Jacs/IA i appreciate that this is a late post, and you'll probably not even read it. (your lights are off now) but wanted you's to know i was thinking about you's.
Can't wait til saturday and the Glasgow meet!!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
