Courier For Large Sofa From Preston?

I've put in an offer for a large sofa on ebay. It'll be travelling from Preston to Glasgow.
The sofa is Width: 230 cm, Depth: 103 cm, Height: 85 cm.
I don't know the weight yet but I'll update it when the seller replies.
Last year I used payperdrop to pick up a chest of drawers with a mirror and the price was very reasonable, and unlike some, had no problems at all. The link to their site doesn't work anymore.
Does anyone know a cheap, reliable delivery service I could use? I've guessed the kg and some couriers are quoting nearly as much as I paid for the item!
