Fire for living room

Been looking for a fire for the living room (hole in the wall ones to be precise) but I know nothing about them.
Are there makes generally to be avoided and do you generally get what you pay for?
I like the Drugasar Avanto but couldn't find a price for it anywhere.
Is this a designer make and therefore gonna be alot of dosh?

I think the proper hole in the wall ones are quite expensive especially with the cost of fitting and replastering your walls to suit. With a remote control, it certainly won't be bargainous.
The compromise for us when we bought one was this one which is a hang on the wall flueless fire. http://www.westcountryfires.co.uk/fires/products/381.asp
I think we got ours a little cheaper than that, but not much. There was one company selling for about £700 but I think they must hav ebeen told off by the manufactuere for selling them too cheap!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Drugasar are very expensive
Was looking at the drugasar metro recently but at £2000 defo not a money saver
Went for a similar fire (glass fronted for efficiency) from Gazco ........chuffed with it
Did the brickwork (chiselling the hole) and plasterwork ourselves which makes it much cheaper I would have thought0 -
Bluddy hell, we've got one of these but wider. I think it's a Gazco Riva. Gazco were the dudes who came back time and time again to fix it, anyway.
It was supposed to be totally automatic (no pilot light) and remote control. After the 10th time out here, and I'm not exagerrating, they gave up and put in an older style burner with a bluddy pilot light...which is EXACTLY what I didn't want.
Cost about 800 quid to buy, couple of hundred to install. My OH tiled around it as it is flat to the wall...it looks really nice and does throw out the heat, but the controls were rubbish.0 -

Thanks everyone for your assistance!
I think £1000+ on a fire is a bit OTT for what use it's gonna get (think I've actually used my current one 2-3 times in the past 12 months.)
I was thinking more along the lines of £1000 all in to supply, fit and plaster the chimney breast.
Glass fronted balanced flue I think.
