Hi all,

Have run several anti virus (online and resident) and spyware progs Etc cleaned all of the usual and ran a registry cleaner but still problems exist.

If I were to post my Hijackthis log is there someone with the patience to go thru it for me and explain what is wrong.

Main probs are IE VERY slow to respond and downloads and other procs seize my 'puter up and requires a switch off at the mains. (not a very good idea).

Any offers/help/advice? Thanks.

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Post your logfile HERE and click Analyze

You could do the nuts of the cleanup yourself.

    Hi,

IE is not easily repairable, it may be an idea to uninstall it, and then reinstalling via Microsoft Updates. What OS are you using?

Did you install IE8 before upgrading to SP3?

Is SP3 the RTM or a RC version?
